Jamar G Fleming CEO
Jamar was born in the city of Union, SC, at the age of 14 years old he became a license minister in the Christian Methodist Episcopal Church. In 2003 he graduated from Union Highschool and joined the United States Marines. Where he served for four years and deployed on two operation Iraq freedom tours.
After the military Jamar spent some time in California were he served as an assistant minister and minister of music. Before Jamar left California, he attended Palomar College where he studied business.
In the year 2010 Jamar Fleming came to Canton Ohio, to attend Malone University where he studied Bible and theology.
Throughout Jamar’s life he has always been a mentor to others in every area and place he has served. He has always been a natural leader.
While at Malone University Jamar was a mentor to many student athletes in the smart start program and later became the president of the Black Student Union.
In the 2013 Jamar Fleming started the Church Agape Ministries and under that the Men of Tomorrow program was eventually started.
Jamar has been a part of so many things and helped in so many ways, community wise. If we named them all we would have to possibly write a short novel.
In short some of the things Jamar has been a part of are working with the stark social workers network, helping with the CIRV program, serving as Pastor of Agape Ministries, and Serving as the minister of music in a few churches around the area. He once was apart of the mayor’s commission board, and he has won multiple awards in the city for his work in the community especially with youth.
Currently Jamar is the CEO/Pastor of Agape Ministries, Agape has now become and outreach community center that's based on supporting the needs of the community in multiple ways.
Jamar is a man who has a big heart for people, and he truly wants the best for every person he comes across. He is a one-of-a-kind person and if you have met him, we don’t have to explain why.
